The hotel is located a short walk from the nearest train station, and they also offer a free shuttle service to the station every day. the staff are friendly and accommodating, even picking guests up from the train station upon request. the rooms are clean and well-prepared, providing all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. the hotel offers a free Japanese-style breakfast, allowing guests to start their day off right.
One downside is that the hotel is not in a very convenient location for exploring popular tourist sights in the nearby city.

The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating. They were always willing to help and even offered a free shuttle service to the nearby train station. the breakfast provided was also a highlight, with a delicious Japanese-style meal served every day. I especially enjoyed the traditional dishes they offered.
One downside of this hotel is its location. It is a bit far out from the main tourist attractions in Kyoto, so it can be less convenient for sightseeing.

This hotel offers great value for money. With clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a free breakfast included, it's hard to find a better deal. I especially loved the attention to detail, like providing smartphones for guests to use and a free shuttle to the nearby train station.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in the Kyoto area and I must say, it was excellent value for money. The room was clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The staff were super helpful and went out of their way to assist with any queries or requests. I also appreciated the breakfast that was included in the price, a simple but satisfying way to start the day. Additionally, the hotel's location to the Kusatsu train station was convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas.
All in all, everything was fine.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We loved that they provided a free shuttle to and from the train station, which made it very convenient for us to explore the area. The location of the hotel was also great, as it was only a 20-minute walk to the JR rail station. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, offering to pick us up from the train station upon request. The breakfast provided was simple but delicious, and we especially enjoyed the Japanese-style breakfast options.
Could not be improved in any way.

The hotel had great service from the staff, who were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also a bonus and included in the price of the room. the hotel offered a free shuttle service to the train station in the morning, saving us both time and money for transportation.
The hotel's location was not ideal, as it was outside of the city and made it difficult to see all the sights, and we had to take multiple trains to get anywhere. The hotel was also quite a walk from the nearest train station, making it hard to get around with heavy luggage.
